PLUME sets the mood for year-end celebrations with Head Mixologist Akmal Haqim’s festive cocktail creations from 17 November to 25 December 2025. Classic favourites such as PLUME’s Mulled Wine ($20++) and the velvety Christmas Egg Nog ($20++) return, alongside the non-alcoholic No Fly Nog ($15++).

A live band brings the bar to life on 24 & 25 December, making it the perfect spot for intimate gatherings.

Edge ushers in the festive season with lavish buffet spreads starting 17 November 2025, transforming the restaurant into a paradise of premium roasts, fresh seafood, nostalgic holiday classics, and an irresistible dessert bar brimming with stollen, log cakes, rum-soaked fruit cakes, and more.

The experience blends timeless festive flavours with Edge’s iconic international buffet, all served across vibrant live kitchens. Guests can look forward to an array of seasonal highlights, from the Oven-roasted Grass-fed Lamb Leg seasoned with Ras El Hanout to Maple-glazed Gammon Ham paired with spiced pineapple marmalade. Comforting favourites like Chicken Leg Confit with Savoy Cabbage and the Mediterranean Turkey Pizza bring warmth to the table, while the grill station impresses with Slow-roasted Ribeye, crisp Yorkshire pudding, and aromatic truffle jus.

Chef Teruya Noriyoshi showcases Japanese culinary artistry with winter kaiseki menus available from 17 November 2025 – 31 January 2026, bringing a taste of his heritage and warmth to his diners during this festive season.

Winter Kaiseki Experience

Enjoy two curated winter kaiseki menus, Shimotsuki ($250++ per person) and Shiwasu ($330++ per person), available for both lunch and dinner.

The Shimotsuki Menu features Foie Gras Pâté and Jimami Tofu, with Raspberry Pearls and Alba White Truffles, the Mozuku-su with Snow Crab, Sweet Corn Flan with Bafun Uni, and Kuruma-ebi with Asparagus and Mango, in Kimizu, the Seasonal Premium Sashimi, the Spiny Lobster Ravioli with Umami Ankake and Alba White Truffles, the Roasted A4 Kyushu Wagyu in Egg Yolk Sukiyaki Sauce, three pieces of Premium Fish Nigiri Sushi, and Japanese Seasonal Fruits.
