Fans are in for a treat with the high-energy musical Dream High, featuring Luna (f(x)), Kim Dong-hyun (Golden Child), Kang Seung-sik and Lim Se-jun. Expect live vocals, dynamic choreography and all the K-pop stage energy you could wish for.

Ji Chang-wook will also host a Celebrity Travel Talk, sharing personal travel stories, favourite destinations and must-try Korean dishes, offering a rare glimpse into the actor beyond the screen.

Discover Korea, One Region at a Time

| |
Hi Huneybees,

With the arrival of February, everyone's gearing up for Lunar New Year as well as Valentine's' Day for the lovebirds. And so with new beginnings, the ALIVE MUSEUM have also added new sceneries and brought them to life with 2 new sections - Young @ Heart Zone and Live.Laugh.Love Zone.

I first visited the ALIVE MUSEUM in Jeju and when they came to Singapore, Suntec City, I was the first to jump right in! I've already gone there on several occasions and shared my experiences - http://huneyzworld.blogspot.sg/2014/08/see-art-pieces-come-alive-at-alive.html and http://huneyzworld.blogspot.sg/2014/12/the-penguins-of-madagascar-has-invaded.html

That's why I'm just bringing you on a tour around these 2 new zones and show you what's new. I think these new experiences will be great to go along with your little ones or loved ones. I would suggest that you go in a group of 3 or more, coz for hubby and I to get our shots together, I had to ask the friendly staffs for help... =X

So, let's begin with the Young @ Heart Zone, don't forget to bring you lollipops along ~~~

In the Young @ Heart Zone, there are balloon animals to ride, friends to meet at the circus, be featured on a magazine or buzz amongst butterflies and huge flowers as you get transported to Faerie Tale land as Thumbelina...

Did someone just washed my hubby?!
Our focus was on Live.Laugh.Love Zone that day though as it was not everyday we get to have nice backgrounds for our couple photoshoots eh? It's definitely the place to remind you of your love, live in the moment and laught at all the quirky shots you will get. So be creative!

In fact, for couples who are looking for some quirky wedding photoshoot backgrounds instead of the usual Marina Bay backdrop, you might wana opt for this few spots for some laughs during your wedding day...

Stop getting frisky with another girl!  (;`O´)o
That's better eh? Thinking of a when we get older moment there...
Yup! We add up to LOVE!

See! Told ya! You can make a wedding story here...

He proposed?!
Our wedding night!
Yup! DND, Just married... =X
And for bonus round, there's new additions of the Dreamworks' Penguins Of Madagascar, they are so playful and you can have more fun with the new Penguins X Singapore backdrops! It's always a surprise when I visit the ALIVE MUSEUM...

Oh! Before you go, be sure to print a snapshot of your best photos! It was down for maintenance that day, guess I'll pop up when I'm at Suntec City again. =D

The Penguins Of Madagascar Invasion @ Alive Museum Singapore!

| |
Hi Huneybees,

"I like to move it move it, I like to move it move it, I like to move it move it, Ya like to MOVE IT!!!"

Come shake your bon-bons and bring your buddies to Alive Museum this Christmas as the Penguins of Madagascar take over the world's best 4D museum.

My previous trip to the Alive Museum was a little too rush as it was the holiday period and crowds were making it difficult to get the right shots. So this time, I gathered my BFFs and we did a trip all over. We had a ball of a time rolling in with the super adorable Penguins.

This is the first-ever collaboration between DreamWorks Animation and Alive Museum to bring animated characters come to life, allowing fans to get upclose and personal with their favourite characters and get to be relive the movie scenes with them.

Go skydiving with the Penguins, play hide and seek at the manhole or enter the bubbling laboratory and fend of the scheming Dr. Brine and his tentacled henchmen. We brought along our little Christmas hats to share the festive joy with the Penguins and we had a ton of crazy fun snapping non-stop photos....

And on the topic of photos, be sure to share your photos with the Penguins of Madagascar on Instagram. Post and hashtag #alivemuseumsg and #penguinsalive to stand a chance to win a pair of tickets to catch the movie - Penguins of Madagascar! There are 5 pairs to be won every week till 31 Dec 2014. So get snapping!

You can also head on over to the green screen photography area to pose for a photo with the characters and print a 4R sized printout of it together in a magnetic frame for $15 or $20 for 2 copies. Alternatively, you can also add on a soft copy photo at $5. This is the very first time a 4D visual illusionary museum in Singapore has brought in green screen technology to enhance the interactivity of its exhibits.

Well, as you go around the museum, you will also find that the usual paintings have also added a Christmas vibe. Not only you can find Christmas decorations around, there's also Christmas hats added to the paintings, and with the removal of the doors around the maze, it is so much easier to get around the museum without having to hold back the queue. Well, like I said, come with your own props too to get fully immersed in the Christmas season...

Of course, I also took more photos with the rest of the paintings and it is so much fun having to repose and find a better angle.

Also, a big thank you to my hubby for being our wonderful photographer for the day. MUAHZ!

So come on by Alive Museum for this lovely additions this festive season. Bring your friends and family along! The more the merrier!

Alive Museum is located at:
Suntec City #03-372 (Between Towers 3 and 4)
Ticket Prices: $25 (Adults), $20 (Children 3-12 yrs)
Operating Hours: 10am - 10pm daily (last admission 9pm); 10am - 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays (last admission 10pm).
