[What's New] SK-II Invites You to #changedestiny World Festive Edition

| |
Hi Huneybees,

Gifting the gift of beautiful, radiant skin is always one of the best Christmas gift for ypur loved ones. This year, SK-II have launched their #changedestiny World Festive Edition at VivoCity, where the 2015 SK-II Festive Limited Edition Facial Treatment Essence designs were unveiled.

Never forgetting a shot at the gorgeous floral arch...

The iconic signature SK-II Facial Treatment Essence is given a new look with beautiful and colourful origami butterflies and hummingbirds donning each bottle. To celebrate the power of personal transformation and the will of individuals to change their destinies, here's the inspiring "Wings of Change" bottles...

Symbolizing the beauty in transformation and the possibilities of soaring beyond your potential, these festive edition of FTE are definitely symbolic gifts of affirmation and encouragement to all women who want to make a positive change.

Pink for Boldness, Red for Encouragement and Blue for Perseverance. Each representing the various stages in the journey towards changing one's destiny. They are specially packaged into different sets to match the different needs of the gift receiver and thanks to SK-II, I got to choose my very own Christmas gift too ~~~

OH! At the launch party, Tay Kexin and Nathan Hartono mesmerized the crowd with their beautiful voices. They sound pretty good together, maybe they could form a duet group? And kudos to Nathan for the amazing improv when the sound system cranked up, he still went on drowning us with his louder-than-the-mic voice. =D

Of course, don't leave without trying your hand at the SK-II Gift Catcher machines! This is the time when all those childhood practices spent at arcades after school comes in. See if you can "catch" yourself some SK-II exclusives! Psst, there's SK-II festive themed thumbdrives, travel adaptors, pendants, product samples, etc... Good Luck to you!

Hope you have better luck than me...
The SK-II #changedestiny World Festive Edition will continue at VivoCity, Central Court A, until this Sunday, 22 November 2015.

Pauline Lan (蓝心湄) Pointed Me Out At The Lady First 女人我最大- Singapore Press Conference !!!

Hi Huneybees,

I am still jittering with excitement even after attending the press conference for Lady First 女人我最大 (Singapore Edition). As you guys would have known, I would guest appearing on the programme and yesterday marks the official launch (or rather announcement) of the event.

I had the chance to run backstage and meetup with the 9 other gorgeous ladies, as well as the host Pauline Lan (蓝心湄) and the resident stylist Xiao Kai (小凯). Present were also the 4 local 老师 - Bryan Gan, Clarence LeeKeith Png and Ken Hong.

Here's some of the shots of me with them backstage...

Ok. Now it's time to go to the front, SHOWTIME!

First, introducing the "ladies team" - Kelly Poon (Singer), Angel Di Jia (88.3FM DJ), Candyce Toh (Host/Actress), Carrie Yeo (Singer), Celyn Liew (Finalist of Sunsilk Academy Fantasia), Kanny Theng (Host/ Model), Tay Kexin (Singer), Silver Ang (Celebrity Blogger/Model/Actress) and lastly Winnie Lee or Vee (Contestant of Sunsilk Academy Fantasia). Missing from the team was Cheryl Wee (Spokesperson of Jean Yip/Singer), she couldn't make it to the press con yesterday.

One unique segment from the Singapore edition of Lady First (女人我最大) is that there would be a outdoor segment, that would be hosted by the leader of the ladies team - Kelly Poon. She will be taking to the streets to talk to different women regarding the topic of the day.

Bryan Gan, Clarence Lee, Keith Png, Ken Hong and Xiao Kai.
I heard little whispers amongst the crowd, Xiao Kai was memerising the ladies and alot were looking to him as though the Saviour has arrived! I must say he looked dang good, like a mannequin on stage!

Now, introducing the goddess - PAULINE LAN!!!

During the conference, Pauline shared her views of the local women. She thinks as the humid weather was our main "excuse", some common mistakes she spotted was overly thick makeup or super extreme, no makeup at all.

Something she pointed out was also the wrong choice of lingerie, why choose a smaller bra cup size, causing overflowing breasts or, as she pointed at the host, Peifen, wrong choice of panty, causing a HUGE VPL (visible panty line) moment with her body hugging dress.

When asked, Pauline gave the Singapore women only 3 points! Why? Coz the men are also not making an effort for us girls wana get dolled up for! The men do not look after themselves, do not dress up, seriously who are we dolling up for?

Every lady in the room were cheering her on and the ladies team went on "complaining" about what they don't like about the Singaporean men too...

The best moment would have to be the part where I got singled out amongst the audience. I left an impression on Pauline and said that I was the plus size representative. Even though there were some teasing words as well as some stuffs you guys can only know when watching the episode, all I can say is I was jumping with joy in my mind! Woohoo!!! Best moment ever!

P.S. Anyone at the press con with a snippet of me, please share the video with me please???

The press conference was like 2 hours of the programme filming, everyone laughing and jeering,  this has to be the most interesting press con I ever been!

Lady First - Singapore premieres on E City (Starhub TV Channel 111/825) on 20 May at 8pm. It will also be made available on Starhub TV Anywhere on www.starhubtvanywhere.com to allow viewers to catch the programme on the move.

On the social media platforms, 'live' updates from on-ground events and publicity stunts will be shared on Starhub Entertainment Facebook page, Instagram and Twitter. Fans can also look froward to participating in weekling contests such as "Best Hairdo of the Week" via Instagram. To join in the discussion or share their thoughts in Twitter and Instagram, fans can follow the official hashtag #ladyfirstsg.

Viewers who are keen to find out more about featured products will be directed to a specially set-up microsite (www.starhub.com/ladyfirstsg) where they can also chat with like-minded people on the forum and keep up-to-date via its photo and video galleries.

Webisodes that are not shown on air will also be made available exclusively at the microsite. These webisodes offer a more personal aspect to the show, for example sneak peeks into the stylists' bags to find out which skincare items they swear by. Viewers who miss an episode can also check the microsite for video clips on key highlights of each episode.

Ending this post with a shot of me with the Ladies Team.

So 姐妹们, let's make Pauline give us a perfect 10 the next time she hits the streets of Singapore, be sure to watch every single episode, be confident and make all those men out there turn the heads for you!

Hi Huneybees,

I am currently in the studio filming for 女人我最大 (Lady First) Singapore Edition. This is so exciting knowing that I will be involved in a program that I watch religiously everyday and to be able to meet my Queen is simply exhilarating!

Last week, 蓝心湄 (Pauline Lan) came down to Singapore with 吴依霖 to meet up with us ladies and the teachers from Singapore that will be appearing with us on the show.

The teachers from Singapore will be top local stylists - skincare expert Bryan Gan, make-up maestro Clarence Lee, style guru Keith Png and hairstyling whiz Ken Hong. They will also be on show alongside Taiwanese teachers Kevin Chou, Wu Yi Lin and Xiao Kai to teach us ladies how to be beautiful...

The ladies appearing on the show will be Kelly Poon, Silver Ang, Candyce Tan, Kanny Tan, Tay Kexin, etc. Seriously they are all so pretty and they have experience appearing on TV shows. I really hope I do a good job too.  *cross fingers*

Lady First 女人我最大 Singapore will be shown on Starhub TV Channel 111/825 (E City) from 20 May, Mondays, 8pm. Be sure to stay tune to it and catch me on Episode 2 where I will be representing the plus size ladies out there... :)
