Whether as a thirst quencher or for the benefits that are well told, most people that I know enjoys a cup or bottle of Green Tea. But given a choice would you prefer to drink one that was brewed from the freshest top 3 leaves of each organic green tea branch?

Well, Genmai is a lingo for Germinated Brown Rice, which is unpolished brown rice that is allowed to germinate in order to enhance the flavour and to increase levels of nutrients such as y-aminobutyric acid (GABA). It has a softer texture than brown rice and a pleasant fragrance, yet retains the health benefits of brown rice, and is marketed as a health food product.
