Marina Square Enchants the Holiday Season with Sanrio Characters in Christmas Wanderland

I had a fantastic Christmas celebration with my beloved Sanrio characters! I got the chance to embrace Gudetama, and we even enjoyed playing in the snow, capturing many delightful pictures with my hubby.

A Sanrio fan too? Come on down to Marina Square's central atrium as it turns into a picture-perfect magical Christmas Wanderland from 23 November 2023 till 1 January 2024!

At the center of the enchanting Christmas Wonderland, the adorable Hello Kitty welcomes us to the captivating Pink Christmas Tree, adorned with abundant presents, spreading joyous wishes throughout this festive season. The mesmerizing 6-meter-tall Christmas Tree is embellished with pink, turquoise, pearl white, and gold ornaments, pink-shaped ribbons, and crowned with a sparkling star.

    

Encounter Cinnamoroll at the Enchanting Rink, positioned against the radiant Christmas Tree, creating an ideal photo opportunity. This becomes an excellent location for capturing photos amid the planned snow showers.

Meanwhile, Little Twin Stars sparkle near the charming Ball Pit, enticing both kids and adults to immerse themselves in playful antics with the vibrant balls. Pompompurin, accompanied by the Christmas Sled and an endearing snowman resembling Pompompurin, awaits you, along with the Kuromi Craft Corner and the festive My Melody Christmas Kitchen.

Merry Activities at the Christmas Wanderland

Enjoy more magical moments in the Wanderland with your loved ones by participating in the exciting activities for all families from the young to the young at heart. Little ones can express their creativity at the art station, and you can redeem Sanrio character gifts as you shop in the mall!

Instagram Photo Contest

Fans of Sanrio can stand a chance to win shopping vouchers with their photos taken at the Wanderland. Participants can simply snap a creative pose with any Sanrio character at the Wanderland and post it on Instagram with an accompanying caption on what Christmas means to them.

Little ones will have fun adding a touch of Sanrio charm to their holidays greetings card at the art station and collect a free Sanrio character sticker to personalise the festive card. Don't Miss Out On These Adorable Sanrio “Lock & Go” Containers & Water Bottles At 7-Eleven

For those out there who are in love with Hello Kitty, Pom Pom Purin, My Melody and Little Twin Stars, you are in for a treat with the new 7-Eleven collaboration with Sanrio. A collection of 6 “Lock & Go” containers and 2 water bottles are launched for your avid collection till 18th December 2018 (while stocks last)

This range of containers are super adorable to have and to look at, I have the My Melody water bottle and it fits just nice in my handbag and I love that there is the inner container where I can chill and use to keep my drink cold. 

There's also a Pom Pom Purin version and these 430ml bottles are safe to leave in the refrigerator for your chilled drinks! However, do not put these bottles in the oven/microwave/dishwasher.

The other 6 Sanrio “Lock & Go” containers come in various shapes, designs and models. There is the character face containers as well as double layer containers, shown below, where you can "detach" an additional bowl for you to share your snacks/meals.

Spot The EVA Air Hello Kitty Buses To Win Tickets To Taiwan Or USA!

It's time for everyone's favourite feline to take over Singapore again! Hello Kitty returns with her friends - My Melody and Little Twin Stars, Kiki and Lala, on a surprise trip round Singapore to give Singaporeans a chance to win flight tickets to USA or Taiwan on the new Eva Air Hello Kitty Jet!

Ahead of the permanent launch of the EVA Air Hello Kitty themed jet in June, the Taiwan-based carrier has collaborated with Sanrio to specially design single and double-decked public buses, bringing the whole Hello Kitty experience to life on Singapore roads for the first time!

 

Running on service 14, the first-ever double deck concept bus in Singapore was transformed into the world of EVA Air’s Hello Kitty Shining Star Jet, other bus service numbers also include 10, 12, 130, 36, 39, 62, 154, and 159.

Travelling from Bedok Bus Interchange to Clementi Bus Interchange, the concept bus carries the cute Hello Kitty designs wholly painted on all sides of the bus, splashed on the ceiling, floor, steps, windows and wall panels.

The lower deck carries a sweet pink theme with Hello Kitty and friends riding on glistening stars, while the upper deck shows the characters soaring through the clear blue skies with the EVA Air Hello Kitty jet. Fans will be thrilled to see the Sanrio friends greeting them at the back of each seat as well.

From 22 May 2015 to 6 August 2015, try to spot the EVA Air Hello Kitty double deck concept bus #14 on the road, snap a picture of the bus or what's better, hop on for a ride and share those pictures on Instagram, with the hashtag #EVAAirHelloKittyBus , to stand a chance to win that dream flight ticket!

Through the contest, two lucky winners will walk away with the Grand Prize of an EVA Air flight ticket to USA or a flight ticket Taiwan on the new Hello Kitty jet. Each week, participants can also stand a chance to win an exclusive EVA Air Hello Kitty goodie bag.
