[What's New] Get The Perfect Skin With The All New SK-II AurActivator Complete Correction Cream

BAM! What an amazing way to start the year! I had made yet another special trip into the Changi Airport (sadly, not to fly off just yet...) and to see the super suave, acclaimed Taiwanese-Canadian actor and model - Godfrey Gao (高以翔) and famous Malaysian film actress and pop singer - Lee Sinje (李心潔). Both ambassadors of SK-II, were here in Singapore to launch the all new SK-II AurActivator Complete Correction Cream. It was an honoured moment as Singapore was chosen to be the 1st in the world to see the launch of the CC Cream.

But of course before the CC Cream was revealed, we had the duo joining the host for the day - Belinda Lee (李心钰), in a get-to-know interview. Dressed in a lovely lace white dress, Lee Sinje was showing off her flawless skin and both she and Godfrey shared their favourite SK-II products as well as an insight into how they #ChangeDestiny, overcoming pressures and what's their 2015 beauty resolution.

Markus Strobel - Vice President, SK-II Global & Super Premium Skin & Cosmetics Business also gave us an introduction and with a toast of celebration, the SK-II AurActivator Complete Correction Cream was officially launched with an ad display on the Changi Airport's Social Tree. Have you guys played with the Social Tree before? It's pretty to keep the memories of you at the Changi Airport, well, even Godfrey's been playing with it... =X

In between all the fans overcrowding to snap a picture with their idol, I hopped on over to the pop up booth to try out the new product. This "First-in-the-World" collaboration with Changi Airport Group and inaugural partnership with Shilla Duty Free is definitely celebrated in a grander setting with this additional pop-up booth aside from the SK-II counter within the Shilla Duty Free shop.

Though the SK-II AurActivator Complete Correction Cream may look like your usual CC Cream, with a light skin colour tone that blends right into your shade upon spreading, something to love is the technology behind it.

With SPF50+, this colour correcting, UV blocking cream, is also combined with the GenOptics science philosophy and iridescent micro pearls providing immediate radiance on the surface of the skin. Renowned celebrity make-up artist and skincare guru - Larry Yeo also shared tips and demo-ed how to achieve better skin with the AurActivator CC Cream, even Belinda was shocked by the difference.

Have You Got Your Cony Yet?

Did you manage to get Cony today from McDonald's? Well, McD have been keeping a secret about this launch and only this morning did they send a blast out about the LINE plush toys, though I have already introduced them to you yesterday (http://huneyzworld.blogspot.sg/2015/01/get-your-line-x-mcdonalds-plush-toys.html), here's more information for you, as well as bios of the LINE characters!! :P

SO ADORABLE RIGHT?! Well, if you are too busy to head down to McDonalds or craving for something else to eat, here's other options to explore and allow you to own these cute little friends at your convenience.

With easy clicking of buttons, you can buy these plushies from McDonald's online purchasing system. It is a one-stop option to purchase the complete sets and have them delivered right to your doorsteps. 

The McDonald's X LINE Plush Collectibles Set, comprising the five McDonald's X LINE Plush Collectibles (Cony, Sally, Brown, Moon and Leonard) is now available for online purchase at https://onlinestore.mcdonalds.com.sg/. The set will also be packaged together with five Extra Value Meal food vouchers valued at $5 each, and will cost a total of $70 to purchase, inclusive of delivery.

To make things even more convenient for customers, McDonald's has partnered with SingPost as their delivery partner. You can either have the sets delivered right to your doorstep via Speedpost delivery or through the new SingPost POPStations, allowing 24/7 self-collection. Each customer will be limited to three sets per transaction, available while stocks last.

Well, for those who have gone down to McDonald's for the plush toys, but might have bought too much meals, you can also do your bit for charity. Together with a Singapore-based volunteer welfare organisation, Compassion Fund Ltd, McDonald's allow customers to donate their meals to needy students. These students are from low-income families facing crisis due to the sudden death, critical illness or major accident of the family's breadwinner.

So, if you wish to donate your meals, simply inform McDonald's counter crew when placing your order. Donated meals will be valued at $5 each and will be distributed to the beneficiaries of Compassion Fund in the form of McDonald's meal vouchers at the end of the promotion.

So, be sure to head on down to McDonald's and bring home your very own LINE buddies! :)

Get Your LINE x McDonald's Plush Toys, Starting 5 January 2015!!!

Have you been enjoying the McDonald's All Day Breakfast? Though the promotion might have ended, but LINE fans, you are in for a treat! Starting tomorrow 5 January 2015, 11am, McDonald's will be launching their all new collectibles - LINE plush toys!

Say hi to Cony, Brown, Moon, Sally and Leonard as each of them pops up every Monday at 11am for 5 weeks. I'm a huge fan of Moon and I will definitely be bringing one home, but should I get the whole set? They are simply too adorable!!!!

But there's something else I would definitely be getting my hubby to buy for me... This something special would be launched last on 9 February 2015, 11am. A Forever Love Special Edition Box Set - consisting of two characters - Cony and Brown,  is specially created for Valentine’s Day. I bet alot of boyfirends and husbands will be eating alot of McD-s this Janary!
