Are you ready for the movie of the year? I've been waiting for months to catch "Disney's OZ The Great and Powerful"!

Dorothy with her red shoes down the Yellow Brick Road lead me into this fantasy tale with her 3 friends and now we get to see how the it all begins even before Dorothy was born!

Movie SynopsisDisney’s fantastical adventure “Oz The Great and Powerful,” directed by Sam Raimi, imagines the origins of L. Frank Baum’s beloved wizard character. When Oscar Diggs (James Franco), a small-time circus magician with dubious ethics, is hurled away from dusty Kansas to the vibrant Land of Oz, he thinks he’s hit the jackpot—fame and fortune are his for the taking—that is until he meets three witches, Theodora (Mila Kunis), Evanora (Rachel Weisz) and Glinda (Michelle Williams), who are not convinced he is the great wizard everyone’s been expecting. Reluctantly drawn into the epic problems facing the Land of Oz and its inhabitants, Oscar must find out who is good and who is evil before it is too late. Putting his magical arts to use through illusion, ingenuity—and even a bit of wizardry—Oscar transforms himself not only into the great and powerful wizard but into a better man as well.

So which character are you interested in? I can't wait to see Rachel Weisz's character - Evanora ( Wicked Witch of the East)!

You guys must be asking me why I like the dark side? Well, actually the Wicked Witch has a pretty sad childhood story and she represented to ostracized percentage of us. But aside from her green skin, don't you think she is the most beautiful dressed character in the movie?

I simply love the play on green around her gown, feathers and bling add on to her dramatic long, dark silhouette. Simply a stunner and she stood out the moment I caught the movie's trailer. I simply can't wait to catch the movie!!!

At the recent event with Cosmopolitan Magazine Singapore at Robinsons @ MBS, I got to catch a glimpse of the costume and concept behind the big Broadway musical hit, WICKED.

WICKED is a winning musical of 35 major awards, including Tony Awards and Grammy Awards. Declared as "The Best Musical of the Decade" by Entertainment Weekly and a "Cultural Phenomenon" by Variety, the musical is based on the novel by Gregory Maguire.

It is the untold story of the Witches of Oz. Long before Dorothy drops in, 2 other girls met in the Land of Oz. One, born with green skin, is smart, fiery and misunderstood. Whilst the other is beautiful, ambitious and very popular.

WICKED tells the story of their remarkable odyssey, how these 2 unlikely friends grow to become the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good.

And on this day, I am very honoured to be able to see some of the costumes before watching the musical itself....
