Juicy Couture @ Takashimaya Reopens!

I was catching the 2nd Season of The Face and Juicy Couture popped up in the models' very first challenge. I shan't spoil the show for those who have not seen it, but it seems all so coincidental, when I was invited to Juicy Couture store re-opening at Takashimaya last week.

Juicy Couture has always been known for its really bright and fun fashion, internationally defined as a casual luxury lifestyle brand that offers apparel and accessories for women and girls. With the new store, the brand brings in more sophistication and a touch of femininity on top of their ever so popular terry track suits.

Walking into Juicy Couture in Takashimaya Shopping Centre, you are greeted by the huge white space, custom colour-rich floral and lattice area rugs and the large gold-leafed chandelier. It's a whole new shopping experience, walking amongst the elegant architecture and iconic images of Los Angeles. Do check out on their latest collection - Go West whist you are there!

Their tracksuits have also undergone a little change. You can find a looser fit jacket together with the slim cut pants, to show off those legs as you get comfy in them!

And also, don't forget about the little princesses!

Adidas To Bring Back Global Icon Stan Smith For Spring/Summer'14‏

A global fashion icon is reborn this Spring/Summer '14 as the legendary Stan Smith returns from its sabbatical. The classic silhouette returns and has been reinvigorated and updated for the modern day while still staying true to the look and shape of the original.

Since its debut as a tennis shoe, the Stan Smith has made its way from the tennis court to the street. With over 40 million pairs sold, the Stan Smith is adidas' best-selling shoe of all time. American tennis icon Stan Smith wore the world's first ever leather tennis shoe in 1971, when he won the US Open on grass and on clay with the American team for the Davis Cup. In 1972, he won Wimbledon wearing the classic adidas shoe.

Originally introduced and developed for the French tennis player Robert Haillet in the mid-1960s, the name of Stan Smith was added to the tennis shoe, alongside Haillet's, at the start of the 70s, before it was designated as the signature sneaker of the American sporting icon in 1972.
