The All New GV City Square Experience

Hi Huneybees,

Golden Village Singapore's 11th cinema is opened at City Square Mall on 22 November 2012 and I was happy to be invited to experience the all new cinema, that's located on Level 5. Standing at the entrance, I can still smell the fresh paint and I was super excited because the movie that I'm gona caught was The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2.

Yes! It's the finale and it's the last battle! I purposely stopped reading the last few chapters of the trilogy book series, so that I could watch the ending on the big screen. The movie was as "tantalizing" as ever with hunks and babes, but I must say the ending wasn't what I expected, a little disappointed though...

The movie was pretty long but I felt super comfy in the seats. It's not the usual seats. These ones were bigger and more cushy, you can really sink yourself into the seats and enjoy the movie. And for couples, of course you can fully raise the handle for a more "nothing-in-between" experience.

Bring your friends along for the wonderful experience! The more the merrier!!

Hi Huneybees,

OMG!!! The world first premiere of  The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 has just taken place on 12th November in Los Angeles, California.

Although it's less than 2 weeks away to be screened in our cinema, on 22th November, island-wide, I am starting to become restless...

Anyway I have decided to put up some photos from the Premiere red carpet (courtesy of Google Image Search) for my dear readers who share my Twilight craze!

The on-screen couple sharing an awkward moment during  photo shoot session.
Kristen Stewart looks so glamorous in a nude-colored Zuhair Murad gown
Robert Pattinson in his self designed emerald green two-button Monaco suit!
I'll prefer to see Taylor Lautner without his suit!

The four most important people of the Twilight saga : Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart, Stephenie Meyer
and Robert Pattinson

Mackenzie Foy
A key character in this episode is Bella and Edward’s offspring -  Renesmee Cullen - played by Mackenzie Foy, was also present at the red carpet ceremony wearing a cute little-girl outfit.

Google remembers Bram Stoker with a Doodle

| |
 Huneybees,

Before all the glittery Team Edward, is the romantic literary Abraham "Bram" Stoker's Dracula! And today - 8th November, Google is honoring the author with a Doodle.

Bram Stoker was born in Dublin, Ireland on November 8th, 1847. He written a dozen novels and a few collections of short stories in his 40-year career, but of course, everyone know him for famously for his 1897 novel "Dracula"! It is the ancestor of vampire novels and alot has spun off from the novel. He created the most famous "monster" in history and Dracula‘s blend of romance and horror lead it to be a widely read and studied novel still, even in a culture saturated with vampire references.

Stoker died in 1912 at the age of 64 and this marks his 165th birthday (if he's still alive). I'm glad he created the vampire love story so that there is Twilight! I can't wait for the grand ending of Twilight end Nov! =)
