Journey of Indulgence

Hi Huneybees,

Last night I was on the most luxurious bus ride ever! I got the invites from Smith (Thank you!) and also won the contest at http://cam-belles.blogspot.com/ (Thank you ladies!). So, I asked my friends and hubby along to join me on this magical pre-X'mas ride.

We gathered at Esplanade's Hagen Dazs and proceeded to the entrance to board the bus.

Peiyun, Hong Peng, Jeremy, Valentine, Hubby, Me and Michelle. Great company for the night...

All aboard!

First up, ice cream served by the pretty Santarina.

We are all happy kids when there's good ice cream...

Up next, we were treated to wonderful champagne.

Sweet Jeremy helped us take couple shots, even though his hands were full.

Yay! Chocolates!!!

Lastly, we had another cup of ice cream to end the journey~

It was raining heavily and we were worried we couldn't get on the open top of the bus, but boy, we were super glad that the rain stopped when we were walking towards Esplanade and there was breeze while we cruise through Orchard Road to see the X'mas decorations. Little drops of rain fell on our heads, but our mood were not dampened at all.

We took a turn into the tunnel at Fort Canning. Never felt that tall before, we could almost touch the ERP gantry.
Peiyun made a joke about getting upclose and personal with the gantry. LOL!

See! Even the overhead bridge was just inches away.

Steering to Tanglin Mall, the host told us that one night, a guy proposed to his girlfriend on the bus at this  area. With "snow" falling, it was super romantic!

Yipee! Going to Orchard to see the X'mas lightings...

 The ride ended in 45 minutes, a smooth journey, with yummy desserts served, wind in our face, I must say this is an experience not to be missed. Seeing things in another angle is definitely an experience!

So, you guys must be screaming, "HOW DO I GET ON JOURNEY OF INDULGENCE?! I WANT!!"
