Each-A-Cup Launches 3 New Drinks For Christmas

| |
Hi Huneybees,

Fellow Bubble Tea Lovers! If you like to try different new flavours or special bubble teas, you are in for a treat! Each-A-Cup has launched 3 new flavours in line with their motto 'Drink Good, Feel Good' to share with their fans.

I dropped by their branch in Kallang Leisure Park to try out the drinks. The welcoming bright orange store caught my attention amongst the eateries in the area, with whiffs of fragrant tea, drawing me close to the store.

That's because their tea is brewed in front of the customer within 60 seconds of ordering; and using a revolutionary and unique Tea Presso brewing method of tea extraction from Taiwan, you can enjoy fresh fragrant tea before your eyes.

Tea Presso technology is used for the lighter tea selections on the menu, like Milk Tea, Jasmine Milk Tea, Earl Gret Milk Tea and Jasmine Green Tea, are Tea Master brewed, placed in warmers and dispensed within 3 hours.

Also, what draws Each-A-Cup apart from other bubble tea stores is that they use premium tea leaves and tapioca pearls imported directly from the industry's best suppliers in Taiwan in their drinks. I find their 'bubbles' super chewy!

So let's get to the festive drinks. First up is the Four Seasons Macchiato. This one you can taste the perfect brewed tea and is the healthiest out of the 3 drinks. Matching Jadeite Tea with Creme and Matcha, not only is it refreshing, but also promotes health benefits  like aiding in digestion and boosting metabolism rate!

The tea leaf motif kinda reminds me of Pokemon Go. Hehehehe...

Next is the Matcha Azuki Freeze. I think this makes a great summer drink, but with its slight green tinge and red Azuki Beans, it is pretty fit for Christmas too. I was told that this drink improve heart, weight and muscle mass too!

Personally, I find it a little too sweet, but if you are one with a sweet tooth, you can give it a try. But what draws my attention to the drink is the matcha powder (special recipe that can't be disclosed) that sprinkled on top, it has a slight tea bitterness to it, but when I scooped it with the whip cream, they make such a perfect dessert!

Lastly, is a drink that I find pretty unique - Cranberry Coffee Freeze with Nata de Coco. Having Christmas in thought, cranberries are used to usher in the festive mood, together with their anti-oxidant properties, I think ladies will like it.

What's special is that they used cranberry tea to create the cranberry taste instead of syrup, and that blend pretty well with coffee. There were lovers and there were haters of this drink, some said it's a little cough syrup-y, but I find that it's a nice blend and is not too sweet even though there are chunks of Nata de Coco. Let me know what do you think, when you've tried it...

The Matcha Azuki Freeze, Cranberry Coffee Freeze with Nata de Coco and Four Seasons Macchiato are now available at all Each-A-Cup outlets in 700ml, from now till end of Jan 2017. Of course, apart from these festive specials, you can still enjoy their wide range of popular coffee and ice-blended drinks on the menu .

[Get The Look] M.A.C. Quite Cute

| |
Hi Huneybees,

I waited for a long time for this new collection from M.A.C., but was pretty late to find out that it has landed on our shores. Luckily, I still managed to get most of the things that I wanted to buy. And as like the name "Quite Cute", one can expect to find all the cute and sweet colours. Kawaii-ne ~

The items from the collection.
Blushers were sold out. I was totally disappointed.
The "sweet" makeup artist allowed me to take pic of their sample blushers.
I only got 2 items this time.
I missed out on the blusher, but I still managed to get the eyeshadow quad palette and the lipstick. This time round, my mum chose this purple lipstick (Play Time) for me. She says this colour suits me and it's a change once in a while as I've been using nude lipstick for ages.

Moshi Moshi! (Pale white green gold), Goody Goody Gum Drop (Light white pink), Boycrazy

(Pale lavendar with silver), Azuki Bean (Midtone dirty violet)
Colour swatch from M.A.C.'s website.
So, as usual, after buying the products I use them for makeup, for different looks and also for an example for you my readers as reference.

Look 1. I used Goody Goody Gum Drop & Boycrazy for eyeshadow and  lipstick, Play Time.

I also used Azuki Bean to the socket area of my eye to create deep set eyes.
Look 2: I used Moshi Moshi! on the inner corner of eyes and Goody Goody Gum Drop for the outer corner.
Zoom in on my eyes. I used a purple glitter eyeliner for the lower lid and a beige eyeliner for the lower waterline to make my eyes bigger.

Look 3: I used all the colours on the palette and matched with nude lipstick.
I wore falsies for this look.
I used  Goody Goody Gum Drop on the inner corner of eyes, Boycrazy for outer corner, Moshi Moshi! on the middle of the lids. This effect creates a bigger and brighter eyes; gives a fresher look by "opening" the eyes wider. Finally, I used Azuki Bean to line the lower eye.
The collection introduced lots of kawaii characters and elements, which inspired me to do a set of colourful, candy looking nail art. But first, check out the nails on the model! I wana try it very soon, hopefully on a day when I don't have to do anything. I can't bear for the bling-blings to drop out...

Cute right? I'm wondering if anyone wana do for me?
My inspired nail art set.
Looking at the characters on the thumbs.
Different nails, different strokes of colours and characters.
The egg is the toughest to work on.
