Pine Cone is a deliciously chocolatey experience with just a little hint of Christmas spices, featuring layers of Chocolate Cake, Coffee Cremeux, Caramel Bavarois, and Gingerbread Chocolate Mousse. Starry Night is mousse cake with Pistachio sponge, Strawberry Mousse, White Wine Mousse, Raspberry Pink Pepperccorn Jelly and Vanilla Mousse.
