It's totally painless, no discomfort, with only a very slight warmth to the gums. I could sit there, play games on my phone, take selfies and chat (through hand actions) with my hubby. A piece of chilling gel was placed under my chin first and then the therapist helped me with the positioning of the vacuum applicator. It may be a little chilly in the beginning, but after a while, I think it was the numbness on my arm holding the applicator taking over.

Fret not. I did this sitting down coz I only tried it for 10 minutes to get a feel of how it is. It is normally done lying down, so that you can work that tummy fats too. 

My chin does look a little red and slightly swollen after which but it goes off after a while, which makes a good treatment to do during lunch time. I can't show you the comparison though, as 10 mins is not enough for the fat cells to die. It needs at least 45 mins, so I'm considering of going back to do it and get rid of this bugger double chin once and for all! I'll definitely share more once I've given it another shot.

[Tried & Tested] Get Rid Of That Double Chin!

Getting rid of double chins was never so easy. Enough with the slapping on your chin, gone is the funny band that hugs your head, it's time for an easy way out. There has to be right?!
