ZALORA Launches Exclusive Jason Wu GREY x Sometime by Asian Designers Tote Bag This June

Jason Wu is a leading global design talent based in New York, that has dressed some of the most famous and influential people around the world. His design aesthetic of matching glamour with American sportswear has created many timeless classics, putting him on the global fashion designer scene.

Coming June, you can get to own an exclusive piece that is designed by Jason Wu himself and  Sometime by Asian Designers. A tote bag collection consisting of 2 sizes and 6 colours are exclusively available to Asia via ZALORA, Asia's Online Fashion ecommerce platform.

Jason Wu GREY x Sometime by Asian Designers Edie tote bag are only available in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the Philippines being the first international designer collaboration by ZALORA and Sometime by Asian Designers.

Jason Wu, who is based in New York, cites the bag’s bold colour block details as reflections of Josef Albers’ square paintings. “The inspiration for the Edie tote comes from my love of mid-century art and architecture. Pairing the old and the new, the modern silhouette of the bag truly reflects the timeless sensibility of the collection."

Designed with practicality in mind, the Edie is crafted vertically with three additional compartments. It closes up with a concealed magnetic hardware, ensuring accessibility and convenience. There's the shoulder tote bag version and a mini version which comes with a shoulder sling. They are available in colours ranging from Slipper, Soft Pink, Creme, Orange, Mustard, and Ultramarine. The Edie tote in Ultramarine, will be exclusive to Taiwan to honour Jason Wu’s birthplace.

Bringing the design to life, Sometime’s Head of Product, Nicole W. said that, “Jason Wu is an extraordinary burst of creative energy in the fashion industry. It was our job to make sure that his design continues to inspire bag lovers and at the same time, for our clientele to own exceptional quality bags”.

The Kanye West X adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 "Black" Will Be Available on 22 August

Ever since we have seen Kanye West debut his YEEZY Collection collaborated with adidas, I have been lusting over a pair of the sneakers. They run out super fast and I'm hoping to get my hands on this pair of newly release YEEZY BOOST 350 "Black".

It's said to be super comfortable to wear for daily journeys and it's also this highlight that is making me wanting to get myself a pair :D
