[Updated] 10 Christmas Songs to Update Your 2015 Christmas Playlist

Hi Huneybees,

I've been busy planning for our Christmas party and the search for songs to update my Christmas playlist was quite a toil. This year, the songs seem be to little and coming a little late (launching just a month before Christmas) and everyone seem to be jumping on the collaboration wagon with popular shopping brands!

So, here are some of those that I've found to save you the trouble and be updated with the latest 2015 Christmas songs to sing-a-long with friends and families. Hope you'll enjoy them too!


Katy Perry - Every Day Is A Holiday

Already playing in every H&amap;M store, this #HappyandMerry Campaign video is about being merry, this green toned magical fairy is bringing cheer to this festive season and have fun everyday "when you're the reason to celebrate"!


Jessie J - The Man With The Bag
The largest drugstore in UK definitely is here to celebrate Christmas with their galore of products to doll you up and be ever ready for every party! Who else to rope in but the amazing UK voice - Jessie J to sing their ad song?!

John Legend - Under The Stars

What sounds does the stars make? That's you have to give it to John Legend and Stella Artois for this amazing collaborative holiday single created for Stella Artois' "Give Beautifully" campaign. The R&B mastermind has created a warm winter ballad with soft drums and his signature, powerful piano chords, to give a gift, a song that’s inspired by the stars. 



But other than heavy branding, we also have a sultry number from down under's sweetie - Kylie Minogue with "Every Day's Like Christmas", or get into all the sweetness with Carly Rae Jepsen's "Last Christmas" or chill, let your hair down with Ariana Grande's "Winter Time".



Not forgetting this husky male number from Steve Grand with his "All I Want for Christmas Is You", feel the snow falling on your face as we enjoy The Best New Artist GRAMMY nominee - Tori Kelly's smokey acappella performance of "Silent Night" atop of Capitol Records HQ in California.


And not forgetting to round the 9th and 10th songs with a merry mashup by Train with "Merry Christmas Everybody" as well as a major group collaborative going under the name - Band of Merrymakers, featuring your favorite pop-rock acts like Neon Trees, Christina Perri, Fitz and The Tantrums, Natasha Bedingfield, The Mowglis, Mark McGrath, Kevin Griffin (of Better Than Ezra), Charles Kelley (Lady Antebellum), Nick Hexum (311), etc with "Snow Snow Snow". The more the merrier eh?

Introducing All New Cleansing Water That's Well-Loved By Celebrities

Face cleansing is never an easy feat. I have sensitive skin and am highly particular with the products I use on my skin. I am currently using cleansing oil, but I was told that clogs my pores and my skin have been in trouble. >o<|||

Bioderma is highly raved by makeup artists and celebrities like Kylie Minogue, Gwyneth Paltrow etc. It's a toner-like cleanser and makeup remover and the key word is "micellar". It simply means that the solution is made up of tiny suspensions called "micelles", made up of cleansing oils, suspended in water. The droplets of oil are so small that they form a uniform phase at least to the naked eye.

That is the key why Bioderma's Micellar cleansers are so efficient at cleansing the skin and yet not leaving that greasy feel after one gets from using cleansing oils. And unlike normal cleansers, the Micellar Water is alcohol-free, so there is no drying effect, leaving you baby soft skin after using....

So, I did a test. I had slightly heavier makeup on and I placed a few drops of the Bioderma Hydrabio H2O on a cotton pad. I only needed that enough to clean off the makeup from half the face. Efficient and no need for any rubbing.

Overall, I love the products. I've not tried anything that is so soft on the skin, and with no cleanser and water necessary, it is a perfect item to include to my travel kit, especially with the plastic bottle. Totally loving it!

Here's some tips on how to use Bioderma:

• As a mid-day corrector/Instant makeup eraser
  Dip a cotton bud into Sensibio H2O or Hydrabio H2O and gently wipe over the error to erase it in an instant. There’s no fuss and no mess!
• As an after-gym cleanser
  Gym bunnies fear that post-gym shine. For those with oily skin, conventional facial wipes can leave the skin dry and uncomfortable, especially if the formula contains alcohol. Try the Sebium H2O, a non-drying formula that is easy to use and has active ingredients that help to prevent clogged pores and breakouts.
• When Baby needs cleansing
  Conventional baby wipes can often cause irritation and discomfort as these formulas often contain essential oils or alcohol. Who's your favourite Muppet?

Have you heard?

Yes! After the interview at the premiere of Pirates of the Caribbean - On Stranger Tides, The Muppets are finally back with their movie debut! They have disappeared for a super long time and now they are back with a movie! Join them on their adventure to save The Muppet Theatre starring Jason Segel (Marshall Eriksen in HIMYM series), Amy Adams (Amelia Earhart in Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian) and of course The Muppets!

On vacation in Los Angeles, Walter, the world’s biggest Muppet fan, his brother Gary (Jason Segel) and Gary’s girlfriend Mary (Amy Adams) from Smalltown, USA, discover the nefarious plan of oilman Tex Richman (Chris Cooper) to raze the Muppet Theater and drill for the oil recently discovered beneath the Muppets’ former stomping grounds. And amongst all of The Muppets, one character stood out and I find her very close to my heart. She represents the plus size ladies, who are confident in themselves, never fail to express themselves and still get a boyfriend who loves her dearly. She is none other than MISS PIGGY herself!

She was the Lady Gaga, Beyonce of The Muppets crew. Ever so dramatic, but always getting what she wants done. She always have her super fancy wardrobe and hairstyle to match. Have you heard? She even had a M.A.C. collection in her name! My idol!

Here's a little video on the movie's premiere in USA. Wonder will it be like that in Singapore too? I hope to be able to take a pic with Miss Piggy herself... :)

Shall end the post with a favourite song by Kermit the frog and Kylie Minogue. Till today, I still have this song in my iPod. LOL! Will Kylie bee one of the celebrity cameo? Hmmm....
