Can H ZETTRIO Perform In Singapore Soon?!

I had the honour of hearing machine pianist/keyboardist H ZETT M (Hiizumi Masayuki) perform live during the Men's Fashion Week back in 2012 (http://huneyzworld.blogspot.sg/2012/04/h-zett-m-is-quirky-and-adorable.html) and ever since then, I have been following this quirky, blue nosed musician. 

He have come together with H ZETT NIRE and H ZETT KOU to form H ZETTRIO. They have debuted their first LIVE performance last year (H ZETTRIO First Live ～Motion Blue yokohama 2013.11.23) and it received millions of fans. Here's a preview of the performance.



They are amazing right?! This jazzy trio will be performing at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland on July 11 2014. "Montreux Jazz Festival 2014 Japan Day" is held to celebrate the 150th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Japan and Switzerland and during this festival, fans will also be able to hear Stevie Wonder, Jamie Callum, Hiromi, Lisa Ono, etc perform.

Just after this announcement, the trio also announced their June 14 show at Motion Blue Yokohama for fans who are not able to go to Switzerland the chance to see them perform live before the festival. The title of this concert is “H ZETTRIO to Montreux from Yokohama”, and is promoted as a pre-festival concert. 

The tickets are a sell out and I'm wishing  they will come to Singapore to perform soon. I'll definitely be the first to queue for the tickets. LOL! If any of you is catching their performance, do share! Huge fan here waiting!

H ZETT M is quirky and adorable!

Hi Huneybees,

Yesterday, we had the honours to hear the ingenious H ZETT M, Hiizumi Masayuki on the Japan Night of Men's Fashion Week.

 H ZETT M played his tunes and opened the show for Diet Butcher Slim Skin.

H ZETT M is a Japanese musician and composer who is currently also part of the jazz instrumental band PE'Z. His 2 solo albums - 5+2=11 and Pianohead were captivating showcases of his upcoming talent and won him much critical acclaim. His unique music arrangement style fuses jazz elements with electronic beats to create experimental piano pieces that are energetic and enthralling.

H ZETT M performed at the Fashion-tropolis during the break and his tunes were very captivating. His finger skills were amazingly fast!

His eclectic taste in music is also reflected in appearance with his Charlie Chaplin meets Tim Burton get-ups - he is often styled in a coat, bow tie. fedora and seen with a distinctive blue nose.
