Have you gotten your tickets? Hoobastank's concert is just 5 weeks down the road and our homegrown talent - "Wicked Aura’ will be the opening act for Hoobastank.

If you think Wicked Aura is just a percussion troupe that plays street side fringe events with school band percussion instruments, then you are mistaken. Wicked Aura has been together for 11 years and has developed into a multi faceted, full instrument and vocal group. Audiences from Australia, UK, Spain, US, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand, China, to South Korea have all been thrilled by Wicked Aura’s live performances, mashing up glorious Afro-Brazilian rhythms with a chunk of funk, a slab of rock & punk, a ton of reggae, a hint of spicy local ethnic rhythms and dizzying electronica, all packed into one explosive cocktail.

OMG! Hoobastank is coming back to Singapore for a one-night only live concert at the Coliseum Hard Rock Sentosa on the 30th November 2014. Best known for their mega hit “The Reason” which top the radio charts in Singapore, Hoobastank are pulling no stops for their 2014 Asia tour and promise an electrifying performance. Concertgoers can expect to hear hits like "Crawling in the Dark", "Same Direction", "Remember Me", “The Reason” and songs from their latest album.

After my giveaway for the past few days, it was time for me to catch the Wonderland Showcase of Olivia Ong. Last night at The Coliseum™, Hard Rock Hotel®, Resorts World Sentosa, Olivia Ong fans and members of the media were treated to a 2 hour treat by this pretty, homegrown songbird.

Olivia looked so adorable in her lacy white frock and brown boots. Paired with her beautiful voice, she was like a siren. She performed her own songs like "Let It Rain", "A Love Theme " and "海枯石爛", and she also performed songs that she personally like.

She expressed that she like Eason Chen and Faye Wong, and so, she performed their songs - "好久不見" and "我愿意" Olivia also performed songs by Joni Mitchell, The Beatles and Foo Fighter.

Of course, the most anticipated song would have to be “Simple Joys in Life (Wonderland)” the song that was specially created through a collaborative and creative journey with her fans. The song was so whimsical, something that hasn't been heard from Olivia and I love it! There was even an Asian twist to the tune of the song. Wana hear it? Here it is...

Well, you hear it first on Huney'Z World! Do you like the song as much as I do?

Olivia's family and friends were present to support her and amongst the crowd were artistes - Jessica Liu 刘子绚 and Koh Ya Hui 许雅慧. Everyone had a great time, mesmerized by Olivia's songs and everyone asked for an encore!

To draw inspiration, Olivia used her GALAXY Note II LTE to capture all the special moments around her, throughout the song-writing journey. She also worked with more than 400 sets of unique inspirations shared by her fans which consisted of a variety of cheerful, fun and positive images shared via the “GALAXY Wonderland” app on Samsung Mobile Singapore Facebook page (www.facebook.com/SamsungMobileSingapore).

Olivia will perform the song live for the first time at her upcoming GALAXY Wonderland Showcase, held at The Coliseum™, Hard Rock Hotel®, Resorts World Sentosa on 23 March 2013. As an additional unique touch, this showcase will also include a special set where she will perform songs by the likes of The Beatles and Joni Mitchell, who have been her musical influence.

Bloggers united for a Christmas party at the Hard Rock Hotel Singapore. Special thanks to Celine for booking us the room and here's a roundup of what went down that night...

First, we had amazingly lots of food, each blogger brought food and drinks. It was with great pleasure that The Village of Sheue Puffs sponsored us their signature cream puffs as well as a special one made with yuzu filling for us.

These puff cakes were made for an interview prior to my visit to the store.

The Village of Sheue Puffs is located at 335 Smith Street 02-080, Singapore, Singapore 050335. The puff make great desserts for any events. The crust is crispy and the filling is what I loved most. Creamy and yet not too sweet, very suitable for all ages...

Last but not least, we had our Christmas log cake and spent the night playing games and drinking and chatting. Great fun!
