This February, Samsung Electronics will be launching their brand new Galaxy S23 Series - Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23, marking a new era of its Galaxy’s ultimate premium phone experience, with the most advanced camera features, next-level gaming performance, and being more eco-conscious with their designs.

To mark the launch, Samsung is also bringing the Galaxy Experience Space to five markets globally, including Singapore. Starting 3 February to 25 February 2023, you can visit the Space located at Gardens by the Bay, West Lawn to experience and interact first-hand the all-new Galaxy S23 Series.

On the outside, they may look almost similar to their predecessors, the S22 series, but once you start playing with the phones, you will notice the difference especially in their performance/functions.

For starters, all three devices have a similar glass and aluminum build. They use the same processor (the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2), have the same display adaptive refresh rate (up to 120Hz) and 12-megapixel selfie camera.

The differences between the 3 are mainly the size and cameras. The S23 weighs 168g comes with a 6.1-inch AMOLED display, whilst the S23+ weighs 196g with a 6.6-inch display and the S23 Ultra weighs 196g, coming in with a 6.8-inch display. The Ultra version comes with a familiar Note series (discontinued) silhouette that sets it apart from the others. It has a more boxy design and comes with a slot for the S Pen.

The S23 and S23+ have identical triple-camera setups on the rear. Both include a telephoto lens, which allows capturing faraway subjects. Whereas the Galaxy S23 Ultra has a four-camera module, with a 200-megapixel main camera, two 10-megapixel telephoto cameras and a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens. Extensive Creative Camera Controls From Day To Night

With the camera in epic focus, the Galaxy S23 Series allows capturing cinematic photos/videos even in dark nights/low lighting conditions. Filming a favourite song at a concert, snapping a selfie at the aquarium, or grabbing a group shot of friends at dinner is no more a problem as visual noise that usually ruins low-light images is now corrected by a new AI-powered image signal processing (ISP) algorithm that enhances object details and colour tone.

For the selfie lovers, you will definitely fall in love with the phones as they come with fast autofocus and Super HDR selfie camera, jumping from 30fps to 60fps, for noticeably better front-facing images and videos.

Additionally, the Galaxy S23 Ultra also boasts of a new 200MP Adaptive Pixel sensor that captures epic moments with incredible precision, using pixel binning to support multiple levels of high-resolution processing at once (200MP, 50MP, and 12MP output options).

Among the new value-added imaging features is the Astro Hyperlapse mode that allows you to take gorgeous star trails videos using the 300x zoom setting. Multiple exposures photo art or a clear view of the Milky Way can be taken with the Astrophoto settings. Imagine the shots you can get when watching a meteor shower or even to the aurora borealis with your loved ones!

For more professional creative control and customization, the Galaxy S23 series offers a suite of

tools that differentiate any photography experience. The Expert RAW app enables DSLR-style image shooting and editing in RAW and JPEG with no bulky camera equipment required.

Additional camera advancements also include:

• Low-light or in situations that would normally create a blur, videos are stable with doubled optical image stabilizer (OIS) angles in all directions on Galaxy S23 Ultra.

• Cinematic videos taken with enhanced 8K video at 30 frames per second with a wider angle.

• Advanced, object-based AI analyses each detail in the frame, even down to minute facial features,

such as hair and eyes, to carefully reflect a person's dynamic characteristics.

• New zoom capabilities on Galaxy Watch5 series’ Camera Controller app empower users to capture a perfectly framed shot right from their wrist.

• For an even more enhanced video experience, the new 360 Audio Recording feature on Galaxy Buds2
