Clio Reveals Their Sweet Spring/Summer 2014 Collection

Don't you agree, anything on Sandara Park aka Dara just simply looks good? I've always follow her style closely and boy am I glad that she is the ambassador of my favourite eyeliner brand - Clio! From Korea, their eyeliners are the most waterproof and lasting that I've tried and have never stopped supporting the brand ever since.

Clio’s Spring/Summer 2014, they have launched 2 beautiful shades of eyeliner, featuring pastel shades of their best selling Clio Gelpresso Waterproof Upper Liner. And to complete the look, 4 shades of jelly lip-smacking dessert-inspired shades.

Say Hi to the Gelpresso Waterproof Pastel Upper Liner! Yes! They are super waterproof and lasting! I can wear them out for the whole day and the colour do not run or smudge, even under our hot, sunny weather. Letting me shop in style without worries! :)

There are 3 shades :

• No 3 Mintade (Mint Green)
• No 4 Peace One Day (Lavender)
• No 6 Pink Stud (Red)

As like their Gelpresso liners, the colour can be "twisted" out at the bottom of the pen and if you pull out the white tip at the end, it becomes a sharpener to allow you to draw thin fine lines or for a nice wing tipped flick.

The Upper Liner also contains a silicon cross polymer that helps it glide onto eyes without tugging or pulling, so that you can glide on that eyeliner without fuss. It is so opaque, you don't even need a second layer!

Though the red is not really a pastel shade, it is still my favourite out of the 3. It pops out better and can be used on its own, whereas the green and lavender shade might require some thin black lashline lining. How to wear them? Here's Dara showing you how...

And like I mentioned above, these lovely eyeliner shades have to be paired with lip colours too! Something special about the Clio Gelpresso Gel Tint is that the lipstick is contained within a plastic lipstick shaped tip, so you lipstick, never goes out of shape!

You can get kissable lips jelly lips with the Clio Gelpresso Glow Tint, and with lotus extract to moisturise and protect your lips, it's a must-have in your makeup pouch! A cinch to use, this non-sticky, non-greasy gloss is dispensed by twisting the bottom part of the lipstick container it comes in.

What I have here is the Shade 1 Flat Pink and Shade 5 Killheel Red. Their are on opposite ends with Flat Pink finishing with a soft, sweet pink shade, like macarons, whilst Killheel Red is a darker shade of red lipstick that reminds me of red jalapeños.

The Clio Gelpresso Glow Tint is also available in another 2 shades - No 3 Enamel Pink and No 4 Orange Wedges.

Huney Lusting Over The NIKON 1 J2 Camera

Hi Huneybees,

I've been lusting over Nikon 1 J2 for awhile since it caught my eyes last year during a roadshow, while I was shopping for a new mirrorless interchangeable lens camera.

Why? Here's some of the reasons --->

2NE1 (투애니원) is returning to Singapore on 1st December

Hi Huneybees,

You probably have already viewed from mainstream and/or social media about the four-member Korean girl group 2NE1 highjack-ed Singapore's colorful nightlife district - Clarke Quay - on 2nd November, by making a surprise appearance at Read Bridge and performed their hits - including I Don't Care, Fire and I Am Best.

2NE1 made a surprise appearance in Singapore for a showcase by SingTel on 2nd Nov 2012

If you, Blackjacks, like me, is craving for more of 2NE1 LIVE performance, no worries;  Dara (다라), Minzy (민지), CL (이채린) and Park Bom (박봄), best known for their edgy music and unique fashion style, will back in Singapore again on 1st December to perform a full-scale concert at Singapore Indoor Stadium, as part of their New Evolution World Tour.
