Museum of Ice Cream's Giant Sprinkle Pool Pops Up at Cineleisure This June

Hi Huneybees,

If you've ever wanted an excuse to jump into a giant pool of sprinkles without anyone judging you, this might be it.

From 8 to 21 June 2026, Museum of Ice Cream Singapore is taking over Cineleisure with Summer Escape, a two-week pop-up packed with pink sprinkles, squishies, photo opportunities and sweet rewards.

Located at Basement 1 of Cineleisure, the space will be transformed into a vibrant summer playground where visitors can experience a little taste of MOIC's signature whimsical world right in the heart of Orchard Road. The massive 15-square-metre Sprinkle Pool promises to be one of the most Instagrammable spots around.

Dive Into A Sprinkle Pool And Hunt For Squishies

At the centre of the experience is MOIC's iconic pink Sprinkle Pool, where shoppers can take part in the "Find the Squishy" Challenge.

With a minimum spend of $20 in a single same-day receipt from any Cineleisure retailer, you can redeem one complimentary entry and spend 15 minutes searching through the sprinkles for hidden squishies.

Hidden among the sprinkles are special squishies that can unlock prizes such as Museum of Ice Cream memberships and sweet treats from Geláre. As if diving into a giant pool of sprinkles wasn't fun enough, the chance of discovering a winning squishy adds an extra layer of excitement. Who knows, your first visit to MOIC might just start with a lucky find!

Paint Your Own Dessert Squishy

If you're the crafty type (or simply love cute collectibles), there will also be Squishy Painting Workshops conducted by MOIC's hosts. For $15 per person, participants can customise their own dessert-inspired squishy keepsake (Ice cream, shake or donut), during a 30-minute hands-on session and bring home a personalised souvenir from the event.

Do you think I did a good job?

Plenty Of Photo Opportunities Too

Even if you're not planning to jump into the sprinkles, Summer Escape looks designed for photos. There's loads of colourful summer-themed installations, playful props and a vibrant photowall that practically begs to be featured on your Instagram feed.

Visitors who share their favourite event photos on Instagram can also stand a chance to win a $10 Cathay Malls e-voucher. Simply upload your photo before 11.59pm on 21 June 2026, follow and tag @cathaymalls and @museumoficecreamsg, and make sure your profile is set to public. Ten winning entries will be selected and notified by 23 June 2026!

Sweet Deals For MOIC Fans

As part of the collaboration, shoppers can also enjoy 20% off Museum of Ice Cream tickets, available for purchase on-site during the event.

Whether you're a longtime fan of Museum of Ice Cream or simply looking for a colourful family-friendly activity during the June holidays, Summer Escape looks like a fun little detour while you're in town.

And let's be honest — who can resist the chance to dive headfirst into a giant pool of sprinkles?

Kinder Bueno Mashine "Yours to Play"

| |
Hi Huneybees,

Today I was at Cineleisure, Orchard Road for an exciting event ~ Not only did I get to eat my favourite chocolate treat, I also got to meet my favourite local DJs and got to be a DJ for awhile!

It was pouring by the time I arrived but it didn't stop the Orchard Road shoppers from popping their heads into the Kinder Bueno Mashine tent. The music was catchy and even I was curious what was this Mashine all about?

What is MASHINE?

MASCHINE is the ultimate integrated hardware/software system for beatmaking and professional production. Much more than a drum machine, MASCHINE is a groundbreaking instrument that combines a pattern-based sequencer, professional sampler, effects and an incredible sound library – united in a smooth, super-intuitive workflow. And above is the super unique Kinder Bueno Mashine.

One side makes crunch sounds and the other side makes cream sounds.
I so wana eat a Kinder Bueno now!
You guys must be screaming "I don't know how to play!". That was what I feared, but luckily, resident DJs of Butter Factory are here to save the day! Today, I got to meet DJ Andrew T and DJ Zushan. *fan girl scream*

DJ Zushan even performed a professional piece for us to get a feel of what's it like to play the Mashine.

Ok. Now is my turn to try out the Mashine!

I simply love the crunching sounds and with every beat, I just wana go "GIVE ME A KINDER BUENO!". It's a little tough to play, like which buttons to press? I can only say, I am not musically inclined. WAHAHAHAHA!

Here's my video, but see how shy I was! So many people looking at me spin the not so pro mashine. LOL!

There are 3 more sessions for you to try the Kinder Bueno Mashine, so be sure to bring your friends and family down to make the best video. You stand a chance to win a limited edition Kinder Bueno 13” MacBook Pro and the Kinder Bueno Maschine!

With DJ Zushan and blogger friend, Rachel.

The shedules for the Kinder Bueno Mashine Roadshows are:
5 January 2013: 1pm - 9pm (Cinleisure)
11 January 2013: 4pm - 9pm (Plaza Singapura)
12 January 2013: 1pm - 9pm  (Plaza Singapura)

Wana do some homework before heading down to the event?
Here's some tutorial videos: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLpOuOcw1-8a25SEUixkY-h7yrm32MS3-w

There's also a Facebook app for you to try out at the Kinder Bueno Singapore Facebook page!

DEPRESSION - CLOUDING OF CONSCIOUSNESS

| |
Hi Huneybees,

I met designers Kenny Lim and Andrew Loh of DEPRESSION during the Men's Fashion Week 2012 and today I am please to present to you their latest collection 'CLOUDING OF CONSCIOUSNESS', which will be fully launched by June.

Depression designer, Mr Kenny Lim (pictured left with co-designer Andrew Low, on the right)
DEPRESSION is a Singapore label founded in 2006 by former advertising creative team Kenny Lim and Andrew Loh. Depressed with the corporate struggle and inspired by their love for irony, DEPRESSION was born to combat ‘depression’ through the creation of pieces that are always entertaining and never depressing. Each season, the label presents minimalist, but tongue-in-cheek collections with a medical theme.

Taboo in DEPRESSION clothing.
The label has been featured in Japanese magazine WWD, while the two designers most recently appeared on Beijing’s Top Fashion TV and NHK’s Tokyo Fashion Express. Taiwanese singer Jam Hsiao and Black Eyed Peas member Taboo have also been spotted wearing the brand’s signature pieces.

Let's take a look at DEPRESSION's Spring/Summer 2012 collection -  'CLOUDING OF CONSCIOUSNESS'....

'CLOUDING OF CONCIOUSNESS' is used to describe a person going through a mental state of fogginess, or simply, going nuts. Inspired by the changing patterns and colours of clouds, this collection is a snapshot of that person's mind and unpredictable moods. Photographs, graphics and colour blocks willt ake you from clear skies to rainstorms.

Other than being a cape, this piece could also be a dress! Talk about Tansformers!

Nice right? I love the DEPRESSION style and I can say anyone in their clothings can be as stylo as Raymond Lam, Bosco Wong and Rui En. DEPRESSION can be found at Cineleisure Orchard #03-05A and I paid them a visit. Presenting (*drum roll*) DEPRESSION....

OMG! The guy's T-shirt has cat ears too!!!
More cat ears T-Shirts...

I'm loving the little details DEPRESSION has added to their minimalist line of clothings...

Other than clothings, the store also has statement pieces of accessories, that are exclusively DEPRESSION style...

I bet you will get lots of ppl talking to you at events and parties.

These little pockets and badges can be pinned to any of you top or bottoms for the extra "compartment" INSTANTLY!
Adding a little colour to your style will definitely get you to stand out amongst crowds.
And how can you step out of house without a cool pair of shoes to walk down the "runway" with?

Do drop by DEPRESSION today for a fashion fix...
