What An Amazing Day At Singapore’s Very First MY LITTLE PONY Friendship Run

Singapore’s very first MY LITTLE PONY Friendship Run, under license from Hasbro, Inc, attracted a huge turnout of Bronies and Pegasisters with their families and friends, as we all joined forces and make the run for Equestria!

Held on Sunday morning of 28th February at 8am at Sentosa Palawan Green, MY LITTLE PONY Friendship Run 2016 saw everyone decked in the pastel green shades (that we were provided), running in unison as we combined the Elements of Harmony for a fun filled morning.

Organized in 3 different categories, young fans participated in the 1KM Pony Kids Run with their parent(s), while the young-at-heart joined between the solo 4KM Fun Run, or to double the fun in the 6KM Besties run.

At the end of the fun run,  all participant received an exclusive finisher medal as per their respective race category on top of the race pack that they collected prior to the race, which included MY LITTLE PONY Friendship Run 2016 t-shirt, race bib, MY LITTLE PONY plush toy and drawstring bag.

Of course! The fun didn't end with the race! The organizer, Pink Apple Pte Ltd also set up many MY LITTLE PONY post-race activities including designing your own MY LITTLE PONY T-Shirt or Cutie Mark Badge, get your Face & Nails painted, or even add coloured extensions to your hair!

The highlight of the post-race activities certainly belonged to the MY LITTLE PONY Meet and Greet session where Twilight Sparkle together with Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie came on stage to the delight of their fans. What was more, the stars took several welfies with all their fans!

Some lucky fans even managed to get an up close and personal moment with their favourite Pony off stage before the ponies retired.

All in all, it was an amazing Sunday to meet my fellow MLP fans at the MY LITTLE PONY Friendship Run 2016. I'm very sure everyone like me, would be looking forward to next year's race!

Last week, a very special picnic basket was delivered to my doorstep. Inside is an invite to join My Little Pony at their Friend-tastic Picnic Party on 27th June 2015, along with all the wonderful MLP goodies!

Come On Down To City Square Mall To Meet Your Favourite My Little Pony

Travel to Equestria this March School Holiday and come play with your favourite My Little Pony friends. My favourite Twilight Sparkle has led her friends - Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie and Applejack to Singapore's first eco-mall -  City Square Mall!

Bronies and Pegasisters have got to come down (bring your little kids as well) for the amazing My Little Pony Live Shows, filled with songs and dance! Don't forget to also bring back a piece of memory of having a snapshot with your favourite pony!

I was fully immersed in the land of ponies, brought to the pure joy of enjoying some fun with friends and family last weekend. These Live Shows and Meet & Greet sessions will be ending this weekend, so be sure to come down early!

But if you do miss, you can still find your pony friends at the unique My Little Pony photo spot at the City Green park as well as a true live pony ride as City Square Mall partners with Gallop Stable. There are three stations for families to interact with the ponies. For a package price of $15, you and your kids can saunter around the City Green park on a pony, feed a pony by hand and top the experience off by taking a photo to capture the moment, complete with a photo printout and frame!

Of course not forgetting shopping! After spending time with the ponies, do bring your kids to shop and bring back a MLP too, as shoppers can also stand to receive City Square Mall vouchers.

With a minimum spending of $50*, shoppers can redeem an exclusive pass for the Meet & Greet session one hour prior to each show at the Level 2 Customer Service Counter, while stocks last.

*A maximum of three same-day combined receipts. 50 passes will be given out one hour prior to each show, strictly on a first-come first-served basis. 5. Shop and Trot Home Richer
Date: 13 March – 12 April
During this holiday period, shoppers can also stand to receive City Square Mall vouchers.
